Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, High Focus Centers in Pottstown, PA, seeks a full-time Mental Health Therapist for its Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. You will lead therapeutic groups for teens and work with an experienced multidisciplinary team to support recovery and emotional well-being.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, in-person, with compensation of $53,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Previous counseling or therapy experience required.
• Experience with adolescents and PHP/IOP settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions within the Adolescent PHP.
• Provide clinically appropriate psychoeducation and group interventions.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to support client care and treatment planning.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical team meetings as needed.
• Provide additional clinical support to the Adolescent PHP program as assigned.
