Responsibilities

• Get & Keep Members by delivering exceptional service.
• Perform duties in alignment with Mission, Vision, Pillars of Success, Service Standards, and Policy Manuals.
• Provide the highest quality customer service with a welcoming, friendly, energetic attitude; use members’ names.
• Share and follow the club’s emergency response protocol; prioritize safety.
• Arrive 10 minutes early in proper department uniform; participate in meetings.
• Input and manage weekly work schedule in the club’s scheduling platform.
