Position Details

This is a commission-based, part-time position, not hourly. Commissions start at $70. We promote your services to residents, schedule lessons, and pay you directly into your bank account.

Minimum Requirements

• Current CPR certification
• WSI or BSI certification

Responsibilities

1. Provide professional, safe, and effective swim instruction with ongoing motivation and feedback.
2. Emphasize safety and proper execution of movements.
3. Assist the site manager with marketing, promotion, and tracking of classes.
4. Provide feedback from participants to management.
5. Recommend industry trends, equipment, or ideas to enhance the swim program.
6. Follow administrative procedures for tracking appointments and payroll.
7. Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
8. Report all appointments and swim revenue to the site supervisor promptly.
9. Swim clients are clients of NFC Amenity Management.
10. Passion for teaching swimming.
11. Strong individual and team contributor.
