Orangetheory Fitness is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Fitness Coaches at our Merrick location. As a Fitness Coach, you will guide and inspire our members to achieve their fitness goals through Orangetheory Fitness workouts.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead high-energy Orangetheory Fitness classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout for all participants.
2. Motivate and inspire members to reach their fitness goals.
3. Provide personalized attention, corrections, and modifications to ensure proper form and technique.
4. Create an environment suitable for all fitness levels.
5. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio space.

Qualifications:

1. Personal Training Certification (required) or actively working toward obtaining one.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Energetic, positive, and motivational attitude.
4. Ability to adapt to different fitness levels.

Requirements:
