• Must be actively enrolled in a Certified Surgical Technologist program with successful completion of 1st year of the program

What you will do:

This Internship will begin May 25 th and end August 1 st . This is a 10-week internship.

Work fulltime, 72 hours every two weeks (0.9 FTE)

9-hour day shifts primarily 6:15am-3:45pm

Provides assistance to the physician and surgical team by passing instrumentation, equipment, supplies, and maintains aseptic integrity during the surgical procedure under the direct supervision of the CST or trained RN Scrub.

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalency + Actively enrolled in a Certified Surgical Technologist program with successful completion of 1st year of CST program
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
