Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our Main Operating Room (OR) team in LaCrosse, WI. You will assist physicians and registered nurses during surgical procedures, performing scrub and circulating duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon as scrub tech, preparing, selecting, and maintaining surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist the RN with circulating duties as directed.
• Work 36 hours per week on 9‑hour shifts, primarily days, Monday through Friday.
• Participate in Night and Weekend call rotation with a call response time of 60 minutes or less.
• Engage in 1‑2 holiday shifts per year.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited surgical tech program.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 2 years of hire date.
• Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers with hands‑on training from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
