Job summary

Favorite Healthcare Staffing Inc. is recruiting a Certified Surgical Technologist for a pain management clinic with locations in Kokomo and Lafayette, IN. This permanent/direct-hire role offers PRN scheduling, 2-3 days per week, and pay of $32–$36 per hour based on experience.

As a CST you will set up ORs, assist the surgical team, manage sterile processing, and help with instrument and supply management. Licensure is required; ASC experience is preferred.

• Licensed as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Previous surgical or ambulatory surgery center experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the sterile processing department and instrument care
• Assist with ordering of surgical supplies
• Prepare for procedures by obtaining instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Operate sterilizer, lights, suction, electrosurgical units, and diagnostic equipment during surgery
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Prepares for surgical procedures by obtaining appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Operates sterilizer, lights, suction machines, electrosurgical units, and diagnostic equipment during surgery
• Other duties as assigned
