Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians to provide for the specialized needs of the surgical patient.
• Builds trusting collaborative relationships with surgeons to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Anticipates supply and equipment needs in advance for timely, cost‑effective arrangements.
• Monitors and supports personal and departmental needs including shift changes to meet department needs.
• Maintains aseptic environment during procedures and documents breaks in technique per standards.
• Keeps preference cards updated and communicates changes to team members; supports team training.
