• Functions as a member of the Surgical Services Perioperative team.
• Maintains sterile environment per AORN standards and SCHS policies.
• Assists in preparing and draping sterile field.
• Passes instruments to the surgeon during procedures.
• Performs duties as Second Assist Technologist when required.
