Job summary

HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is seeking a Certified Obstetric Surgical Technologist for the night shift, joining a collaborative team focused on safe obstetric procedures.

You will prepare the surgical suite, assist with patient positioning, and support the team during obstetric surgeries while maintaining sterile technique and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• Vocational School Graduate or equivalent.
• Certificate in Surgical Technology required (TS-C or CST).

Responsibilities

• Preparing the surgical suite and organizing instruments, equipment, and supplies to support safe, efficient procedures.
• Assisting with patient positioning, prepping, and draping while maintaining comfort, privacy, and safety.
• Providing instruments, equipment, and hands-on support to the surgical team during obstetric procedures.
• Maintaining a sterile field, performing counts, and ensuring instruments and equipment function properly.
• Working closely with the surgical team to deliver patient-centered care and a seamless surgical experience.

Job Summary And Qualifications

This is a night shift position, 4 weekend shifts per month required.
