Job summary

SCA Health is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support our expanding surgical services in Delaware. You will scrub, prepare instruments, and help maintain sterile technique throughout procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, graduated from an accredited CST program, and willingness to obtain or maintain CST and BLS certifications within 90 days of employment. This is a fulltime on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Prior CST experience is preferred.
• Current CST certification is preferred.
• BLS certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Function as a scrub person during operative procedures.
• Prepare and transport surgical instruments; decontaminate as needed.
• Assist with post-procedure cleaning and room setup for next patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
