Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians to provide specialized needs of the surgical patient.
• Monitor and support department needs with flexible shifts.
• Maintain aseptic environment and record procedural breaks per standards.
• Ensure safe practices per National Patient Safety Goals and RHS policies.
• Maintain and update preference cards; communicate changes to team.
• Build collaborative relationships to support patient care needs.
• Contribute to supply utilization and cost containment.
