Position Details
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Regular
  • Work Shift: Evening (United States of America)
  • Salary Range: $41.58 - $48.43 per hour, with additional benefits
  • Seniority Level: Entry level
Responsibilities
  1. Assist physicians and nurses during surgery following sterile techniques.
  2. Assemble, maintain, and track surgical instruments and equipment.
  3. Inspect packaged items for integrity.
  4. Conduct pre-op, intra-op, and post-op surgical counts according to AORN standards.
  5. Maintain the surgical field's integrity during procedures.
  6. Collaborate with team members to promote patient safety.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • NBSTSA Certification.
  • American Heart Association Heartsaver certification.
  • At least one year of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply.
