Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a per diem OR/Surgical Tech to join the Hudson Valley Surgical Team in Cortlandt Manor, NY. You will function as a scrub person, circulation assistant, and a member of the surgical team on-site with on-call opportunities in a mid-shift role.

Requirements include graduation from an ARC/STSA-accredited surgical technology program, NBSTSA certification, BLS from the American Heart Association, and a high school diploma or GED.

Preferred Criteria

• Prior experience as an OR/Surgical Tech in an acute care setting

Required Criteria

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of a surgical technology program accredited through ARC/STSA
• Certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• BLS from American Heart Association
