Qualifikationen

• Technical Certificate in Surgical Technology is required.
• CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) certification is required upon hire.
• Ability to work in sterile environments and follow infection-control protocols.

Aufgaben

• Assist the surgeon within scope of competency and standards of practice.
• Maintain aseptic technique and prepare sterile supplies for procedures.
• Rotate in SPD and OR areas for cleaning, sterilizing, and instrument handling.
• Verify patient identity and procedure details and assist with counts.
• Ensure equipment is arranged and available as per surgeon requests.
