Meritus Health is looking for a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for the Operating Room in Hagerstown, MD. Qualifications

• Clinical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Previous experience as a surgical technologist preferred.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond proactively during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments.
• Support intra-operative patient care in collaboration with the RN.
