Job summary

Texas Health Frisco, part of Texas Health Resources, Inc., seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for full-time day shifts in the Surgery department.

You will work in a close-knit team in a unit with 8 ORs including robotic rooms, assisting with neuro, ortho, robotic, eye, plastics, GYN, general, podiatry and urology cases.

Rotating on-call required; 36 hours per week; day shifts; 12-hour shifts; on-call 2-3 days per month.

Qualifications

• Valid CST certification and experience in a surgical setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment and support multiple specialties.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons and team as CST in ORs and procedures.
• Prepare and handle surgical instruments, supplies, and aseptic technique.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety.

Work hours:Full Time – 36 hours; Day Shift; Three -12 hour shifts variable; Rotating On-Call required (2-3 Day/Month)
