Job summary

Texas Health Resources, Inc. seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for our Surgery department in Frisco, TX.

This full-time, day-shift role involves supporting a busy operating room with a multidisciplinary team across neuro, ortho, robotic, eye, plastics, GYN, general, podiatry and urology cases. You will prepare ORs, maintain sterile technique, assist the surgical team and help ensure patient safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current CST certification is required.
• Previous surgical tech experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical unit.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team in operative procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for cases.
• Maintain sterile technique and equipment integrity.
• Support clinicians with patient positioning and specimen handling.

Work hours: Full Time – 40 hours; Day Shift; Four -10 hour shifts variable; Rotating On-Call required (2-3 Day/Month)
