Shrewsbury Surgery Center is actively seeking a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a dynamic ambulatory surgical team. The role includes scrubbing, maintaining sterile technique, preparing supplies, and supporting quality improvement initiatives across ENT, general, GYN, orthopedics, and more.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, completion of a surgical technician program, state/center certification, BLS, and at least 1 year of CST experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and completion of a surgical technician program
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• BLS Certification
• 1+ year of surgical tech experience
• Ambulatory surgical center experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
• Teamwork and communication skills

Responsabilités

• Scrub for surgical procedures and maintain a sterile field during operations
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures
• Support the surgery center's philosophy, objectives, and quality improvement activities
• Collaborate with staff and physicians to ensure smooth patient flow and safety
