Job summary

Shrewsbury Surgery Center is hiring a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and pays $27.58–$40.00 per hour, with 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts. The center provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus Surgical Technician Program.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• BLS Certification is required.
• 1+ years of Surgical Tech experience.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Aseptic techniques and rapid adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Supports the surgery center goals and quality improvement activities.
