Department: Surgery

Shift Timings: 06:00-14:30 Hours Monday to Friday (5 Days/8 Hours)

Per Week: 40 Hours

Rotating start and end times: 0630 or 0700 to 1430 or 1500.

Location: Franklin, WI, 53132 - Onsite

Contract Duration: 3 months+

Experience Level: 1-3 years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing sterile operating rooms for surgeries.
• Sterilizing equipment and instruments.
• Stocking adequate supplies for surgery.
• Preparing patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites.
• Providing support during surgery by passing instruments and other supplies.
• Tracking surgical supplies.
• Staying up-to-date on surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures.
• Collaborating effectively with surgeons, surgical assistants, nurses, and the surgical team.
• Contributing to excellent patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Operating Room (OR) experience required.

Required Skills

• Certified Surgical Technician (CST)

Certifications & Clearance Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
