Job description

Job Title: Surgical Technician

Location: Brookfield, WI, 53045 - Onsite

Contract Duration: 3 months+

Experience Level: 1-3 years

Shift Details

• Timing: 06:30-17:00, Monday to Friday (4 days/week, 10 hours/day)
• Per Week: 40 hours
• Call: Usually 1-2 weeknights, one weekend every 4 weeks, holidays as needed

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Preparing sterile operating rooms for surgeries
2. Sterilizing equipment and instruments
3. Stocking supplies for surgeries
4. Preparing patients for surgery by disinfecting incision sites
5. Assisting during surgeries by passing instruments and supplies
6. Tracking surgical supplies
7. Staying updated on surgical technology and procedures
8. Collaborating with surgical team members
9. Providing excellent patient care

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in Robotics, Neuro, Orthopedics (Total Joints), General, Plastics
• Ability to float within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed
