The position requires a Certified Surgical Technologist, with 3 years' experience preferred (two years acceptable with demonstrated competency). Salary ranges from $35.00 to $45.00 hourly; on-site, full-time role with strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist certification required.
• 3 years' experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred; two years acceptable with demonstrated competency.
• Ability to assist in sterile processing, robotic and OR support.

Responsibilities

• The practitioner handles instruments, supplies, and equipment during the surgical procedure.
• Understands the procedure and anticipates the surgeon's needs; maintains sterile field.
• Performs sterile processing duties including decontamination, sterilization, and inventory control.
• Performs environmental maintenance and ensures proper operation of equipment.
