Potomac View Surgery Center in Maryland is seeking a Certified Surgical Tech to join our surgical team. The role scrubs for procedures, maintains sterile fields, and prepares instruments and supplies while contributing to quality improvement activities.

This position is weekdays only with no holidays, weekends, nights, or on-call requirements. It is affiliated with USPI for ambulatory care, offering a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification in Surgical Technician.
• Experience 2+ years in ORTHO; ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field during procedures.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for surgeries.
• Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center.
• Participates in quality improvement activities.
