Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to staffing schedules and daily assignments.
• Assist in operating room prep, turnover, and instrument handling.
• Provide direct patient care and demonstrate clinical competence.
• Participate in orientation and staff training; maintain LMS education compliance.
• Communicate changes to the schedule and ensure timely case preparation.
• Maintain professional conduct and teamwork with the surgical team.
