Surgery Partners is hiring a Surgical Technologist to support operating room teams in performing procedures. You will prepare sterile fields, assist during surgery, and ensure patient safety under supervision.

The role requires CST and BLS certification and adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols. You will work with surgeons, nurses, and other staff to facilitate high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current CST certification is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• State regulations may require grandfathering provisions for certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures under the direction of surgeons, RNs and staff.
• Maintain sterile environment before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with OR team to ensure patient safety and efficient operation.
