Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of Surgical Technology program or coursework.
• CST certification and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Function as the Operating Room Technician on a variety of surgical procedures.
• Prepare supplies and equipment for cases.
• Operate surgical equipment and assist surgeon.
• Scrub on cases and maintain sterile field.
• Assist in room turnover and patient transfer.
• Support quality improvement and staff orientation activities.
