Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team across shifts. This role involves assisting with sterile techniques, patient care from neonate to geriatric, and mentoring staff in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology.
• Possesses and maintains certification as a surgical technologist (CST) from NBSTSA.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support certification or obtains within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Required Qualifications:
