Emplify Health by Gundersen in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a full-time Certified Surgical Tech to join our Main OR team. You will work a 36-hour week with 9 or 12-hour shifts, supporting physicians and nursing staff in the scrub role.

The role requires graduating from an accredited surgical tech program, CST certification within two years, and current BLS for healthcare providers. Starting pay is $27.32/hour with additional compensation for relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited surgical tech program.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 2 years of hire date.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Assist physician as scrub person according to prescribed standards.
• Assist RN in performing circulating duties as directed.
• Prepare, select, maintain equipment, instruments, and supplies as scrub role.
