Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of Operating Room experience required.
• Certified Surgical First Assistant within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• Maintain BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• As a Certified Surgical Technologist First Assistant, assist surgeons perioperatively with advanced technical support.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure smooth intraoperative workflow.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality throughout perioperative care.
• Contribute to a fast-paced surgical team focused on quality patient outcomes.
