Job summary

Texas Health Frisco is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join the Surgery team. This full-time, day-shift position supports a busy unit with 8 operating rooms, including robotic capabilities, and requires rotation for on-call coverage.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide lifesaving care across neuro, ortho, robotic, eye, plastics, GYN, general, podiatry and urology cases, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team by passing instruments and maintaining sterile field.
• Prepare and assist in robotic, orthopedic, and general surgery cases.
• Support patient safety and quality care during procedures.

Work hours: Full Time – 40 hours; Day Shift; Four -10 hour shifts variable; Rotating On-Call required (2-3 Day/Month)
