Duly Health Westmont is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team in Westmont, IL. This role focuses on orthopedic and spine procedures, with shifts typically 0630-1500, Monday through Friday.
The patient population includes total robotic joints and TLIF/XLIF/ACDF cases, under physician and nurse supervision. Requirements include graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program, a minimum of 1 year of surgical tech experience, and BLS certification.

This position will be for five days a week and will be 8 hours shifts. The position is for a certified surgical technician that has previous experience in orthopedics and spine orthopedics. We have an array of cases varying from total robotic joints to TLIFs/XLIFs and ACDFs.

Salary Range: $28.00 - $39.25 per hour, based on skill and experience level.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Physician and/or Registered Nurse
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Surgical technologists, also called scrubs and surgical or operating room technicians, assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel. Surgical technologists are members of operating room teams, which most commonly include surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating nurses.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS : Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Surgical technologists work in clean, well-lighted, cool environments. Must stand for long periods and remain alert during operations. At times may be exposed to communicable diseases and unpleasant sights, odors, and materials.
