Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks a Certified Surgical Technician for a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center (ASC). Monday through Friday schedules and CPR required.
You will assist surgeons, maintain sterile technique, participate in infection control, and ensure equipment, supplies, and patients are ready for procedures. BLS and CST certification are required, with 1–2 years OR experience preferred.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
As a Certified Surgical Technician, you will assist the surgeon with procedures, maintain sterile technique, be involved in infection control program, monitor and maintain equipment, supplies and instruments and help prepare patients for surgery. Must be team oriented and have proven experience working in a fast-paced environment. OR experience and CPR required.

Surgical technologists work in clean, well-lighted, well-ventilated environments. Must stand for long periods and remain alert during operations. At times may be exposed to communicable diseases and unpleasant sights, odors, and materials.
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Occasional evening and/ or weekend work.
