TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assistant Lead to join our surgical services team in Nashville. The role focuses on patient care, assisting surgeons, and leading a team of assistants in a busy operating room environment.

Qualified candidates will have BLS within 30 days, completion of SA/Surgical Assistant requirements, and CSFA/SA-C/CSA certification. This position emphasizes leadership, patient safety, and clinical excellence within a renowned hospital

Job Summary And Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (SA) Surgical Assistant must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (CSFA) Certified Surgical First Assistant, or (SA-C) Surgical Assistant Certified, or (CSA) Certified Surgical Assistant
