Job summary

TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assistant for full-time day shifts to support intraoperative care as the first assistant and scrub person across a wide range of procedures. The role requires current Certified First Assistant credentials, BLS at hire, and a high school diploma; three years of First Assistant experience is preferred.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (SA) Surgical Assistant must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Certificate
• (CSFA) Certified Surgical First Assistant, or (CSA) Certified Surgical Assistant, or (SA-C) Surgical Assistant Certified
