Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assistant Lead at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. The incumbent will oversee surgical assisting, ensure adherence to perioperative standards, and collaborate with the surgical team to optimize patient outcomes.

The position requires CSFA/SA-C/CSA certification or equivalent, BLS clearance within 30 days, and SA-credential within 90 days.

Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• SA certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• CSFA or SA-C or CSA certification required to perform lead duties.

• (CSFA) Certified Surgical First Assistant, or (SA-C) Surgical Assistant Certified, or (CSA) Certified Surgical Assistant
