Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a personable Stretch Practitioner to work with clients in our Rockwall, TX studios. You will conduct 30-minute sessions, guide clients through Stretch Zone protocols, and help enroll members in wellness programs.

No prior assisted-stretching certification is required; we provide a 40-hour in-house certification and training program. A friendly attitude and reliability are essential for delivering excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior certification not required, training provided by Stretch Zone.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to guide clients through programs.
• People skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive client experience.
• Deliver individualized assisted stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with clients.
• Follow each client's individualized stretching program.
• Help clients stay on track with their programs and membership goals.
• Support membership sales and client retention and enroll new members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Work closely with leadership and front desk team members to ensure outstanding service.
• Represent and reinforce the positive culture and values of Stretch Zone.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
