The role requires a fitness or health background, hands-on learning, and a willingness to complete the nationally accredited Stretch Practitioner Certification. Comprehensive training is provided, with opportunities for growth in fitness and kinesiology.

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, wellness, or health profession.
• Hands-on learner with a passion for helping and wellness.
• Ability to complete and pass certification training.
• After certification, willingness to learn and perform the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols.
• Assess member needs and apply correct protocols.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of every interaction.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio.
• Assist with contacting members and prospects.
• Work events as needed and schedule allows.
