Stretch Zone, Inc. is hiring at our Midland, TX studio to deliver professional stretching sessions and wellness support. You will use Stretch Zone protocols, assess member needs, and maintain thorough records while delivering excellent customer service in a clean, welcoming space.

Requires background in fitness or health professions, hands-on learning, and willingness to complete certification training. Training includes national certification, hands-on practice with a Master Practitioner, and

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, wellness, or health profession.
• Hands-on learner with a passion for helping and wellness.
• Ability to complete and pass certification training.
• After passing/learning the stretcher position, be willing to learn and perform the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols/certification.
• Assess member needs and apply correct protocols.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of every interaction with each member, prospect, and other staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio.
• Assist with contacting members and prospects.
• Work events as needed and schedule allows.
