Job summary

Stretch Zone in Midland, TX is seeking a facilitator to provide individualized stretching sessions and guide members through certified Stretch Zone protocols. You will assess client needs, document interactions, and deliver exceptional service in a welcoming, wellness-focused studio.

Successful candidates will complete national certification and participate in hands-on training with senior practitioners, with growth opportunities in fitness and kinesiology fields.

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, wellness, or health profession.
• Hands-on learner with a passion for helping and wellness.
• Ability to complete and pass certification training.
• Willing to learn and perform the sales process after learning the stretcher position.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols/certification.
• Assess member needs and apply correct protocols.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of every interaction with each member, prospect, and other staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio.
• Assist with contacting members and prospects.
• Work events as needed and schedule allows.
