Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better while building relationships that foster healthier lives.

You will lead stretch sessions, promote services, document programs, and stay current with certifications to ensure safe, effective routines and excellent customer service across our Life Time community.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Certified personal Trainer required.
CPR and AED certification required.
Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques requested.
Ability to perform aerobic activity for duration of class; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
Completes client fitness plans and documents programming.
Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
Maintains current certifications and pursues continuing education.
