Job summary

Dayton Children's Main Campus is hiring a Central Sterile Supply Technician to clean, reprocess, sterilize and distribute instruments and case carts for surgery. You will maintain sterilization records and support infection prevention protocols while coordinating with Surgery and other units.

The role requires 7a-3:30p, Monday–Friday, with a High School Diploma or GED and CRCST or CSPDT certification. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HSD/GED is required.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, reprocess, sterilize, and distribute instruments and instrument sets.
• Assemble and distribute case carts for surgery.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization and biological tests.
• Collaborate with Surgery and other nursing units while complying with infection prevention programs.
