Job summary

The role requires CSPDT or CRCST certification and at least 1 year of experience in sterile processing; you will help manage inventory and respond quickly to instrument requests during surgeries.

Qualifications

• Certified Sterile Processing Technician certification (CSPDT or CRCST)
• 1 year of experience in sterile processing or related field
• Ability to work in fast-paced OR environments and respond to urgent instrument requests

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays ensuring sterility and readiness
• Manage sterilization equipment and maintain accurate records for patient safety
• Prepare customized surgical sets and case carts per daily schedules
• Manage inventory and supplies in OR storage and collaborate with surgical teams
• Respond quickly to instrument requests during surgeries and assist with urgent equipment needs
