Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Certified Sterile Processing Tech for days, 8:00am-4:30pm. Hourly pay range $19.89-$28.84, with compensation based on experience. Per diem status; full/part-time options available.

This role focuses on sterile processing, decontamination and preparation of surgical instruments for patient care across our facilities. Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma and 2+ years in sterile processing or OR, with CBSPD or IAHCSMM certification strongly

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma required.
• Two years of sterile processing or OR experience preferred.
• CBSPD or IAHCSMM certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital facilities with sterile processed materials and equipment.
• Follow decontamination, packaging, sterilization and case cart setup procedures.
• Ensure accuracy in labeling and distribution to departments.
• Adhere to established quality and patient-safety standards.
