Job summary

Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Certified Central Sterile Processing Technician to ensure cleaning, decontamination, assembly and high-level disinfection of all reusable medical instruments. You will maintain trays, stock, and documentation to support the OR and sterile processing workflows.

Certification as CSPDT (CBSPD) or CRCST (HSPA) is required. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certification as CSPDT (CBSPD) or CRCST (HSPA) is required.
• No experience required beyond certification.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, decontaminates, assembles, and disinfects scope trays and equipment.
• Maintains a clean and orderly central processing area and logs equipment usage and repair status.
