Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring seasonal ski instructors for the 2026/2027 winter season in Colorado. Starting wages range from $21.00 to $64.34 per hour, depending on experience and teaching qualifications. Responsibilities include teaching group and private lessons, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a safe learning environment. Candidates must have at least a PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or equivalent and be comfortable working with guests of all ages. Employee perks include free ski passes and discounts. Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives.

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available. Full‑time instructors may have variable hours.

Minimum Age: 16 years.

Job Responsibilities
