Education: High School Diploma/GED required; HVAC-R Technical School Degree preferred.
Experience: External candidates need 5 years in the field or 3 years with a technical school certification; internal candidates need 1 year as a qualified technician with completed OJT and skills assessment.
Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license, physical ability to perform job duties, excellent communication skills, mechanical aptitude, willingness to work nights/weekends, knowledge of refrigeration/HVAC, EPA 608 Certification, and strong decision-making skills.
