• Emergency Management: Rapid response for medical emergencies, seizures, and epinephrine administration.
• Collaborative Skills: Work with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, nurses, psychologists, and admins.

• Develops and administers a coordinated school health program across TrueNorth
• Provides direct professional nursing services, first aid, illness and emergency care to students
• Administers medications and treatments according to school policy and physician orders
• Performs specialized medical procedures (e.g., G-tube feedings, diabetes care, seizure management)
• Maintains health records and documentation; supports health-related policies and IHCP/IEP processes
• Teaches First Aid/CPR and coordinates health services with staff and families
