Qualifications

• RN or BSN with Illinois license in good standing.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of Bloodborne Pathogen Policy and Procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing work priorities and multi-task in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional nursing services including administration of medication and first aid.
• Maintain daily electronic health logs and document student health concerns.
• Follow IDPH rules for immunizations and health screenings; coordinate referrals.
• Communicate with parents/guardians and school staff to support student health and safety.
• Ensure confidentiality and act as a health resource within the district.
