Job summary

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital invites qualified clinicians to join our Respiratory Therapy team as a Certified Respiratory Therapist PRN. You will provide respiratory care in inpatient and outpatient settings, delivering therapy, monitoring patients, and educating families about treatments and programs.

Qualifications

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-CRT) credential required.
• Vocational school graduate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess responses to ordered therapy per plan of care including routine and intensive therapy and diagnostic procedures.
• Measure ventilator volumes, pressures and blood gas analysis.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition and general acceptance of treatment.
• Set up, operate, clean, sterilize, and store respiratory therapy equipment.
